The district’s core business processes such as finance, human resources, procurement, payroll, operations and more will be integrated into one Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This will allow the district to:
- Improve operational efficiency by replacing fragmented legacy systems with streamlined, standardized tools
- Support informed decisionmaking with real-time data visibility across departments
- Implement a data governance and cleanup process to refine data that will be transitioned to the new, integrated system
Student-facing systems such as Synergy will integrate into the new ERP system and will not be replaced as part of this work.
